Paper Submission
Abstracts are required to be submitted following the guidelines, deadlines and format explained below.

Guidelines for authors

Prepare the Abstract
Abstract should provide a brief summary of the paper briefly presenting your research focus, research methods used, results and the main conclusions.
Abstract is limited to 2 500 symbols.
Abstracts must be prepared in English and carefully checked for correct grammar.

Submit Abstract
Abstracts are required to be submitted using this form.
Deadline to submit Abstract is 15 June 2026.

Receive evaluation
Abstracts are reviewed by the members of international scientific committee selected from the scientists performing research in the same area as the author of the Abstract being reviewed.
Notification of Abstract acceptance is 15 July 2026 at latest.
Only accepted Abstracts and presented at the conference (onsite or online) to be published in the Book of Abstracts under an ISBN number.

Register to conference
Make sure you have registered to the conference.
Please note that at least one author must register for the conference and pay the fee before the registration deadline for the Abstract to be published in the Book of Abstracts.

Prepare for your presenation
Onsite or online presentation
1. Prepare your presentation in MS PowerPoint format (.pptx).
2. Presentation should be submitted to organisers until 1 September 2026. Please make sure to submit the file in ppt format and to label the file in this order: (AbstractID_Presentation.pptx):
3. Presentation should be prepared using ENTRUST slides template or containt ENTRUST logo. Material can be found here.
Poster
1. Prepare your research presentation for the poster, print it out and bring with yourself to the conference. Please note that the poster format is required A1 size (width 59.4 cm x height 84.1 cm).
2. Poster should be submitted to organisers until 1 September 2026. Please make sure to submit the file and to label the file in this order: (AbstractID_Poster.pdf):

Share your Abstract and presentation
Abstracts presented at the conference to be published in the Book of Abstracts under ISBN number.
Selected Abstracts will be invited to submit an extended version to the following journals: Thermal Science and Engineering Progress, International Journal of Thermofluids, etc. If your Abstracts will be selected, you will contacted directly by the organisers providing you the detailed information.
